ORIGIN STORY
Where did Castle start?
Castle’s founder is a landlord who got a call about a serious water issue at one of his properties. He tried to reach someone on-site who could check it, and looked into other solutions that might help remotely, but nothing could fully answer what was actually happening or give him a way to act. It took a while just trying to find anyone who could get there in time.
That experience revealed a bigger problem: property owners were reacting to water emergencies without the visibility or control to prevent them in the first place.
What began as one founder’s search for a better way became the foundation for a platform now built to give property management companies visibility and control across every property they manage.
